Course purpose

To enable airline ramp staff handle aircrafts in a more safe and efficient manner

Course objectives

To provide knowledge and understanding of load / units checks for transport fitness  and   safe loading / offloading of aircraft in a safe manner  or in a way that satisfy the safety/operator requirements

Target group

Airline staff and ground handling companies staff who are involved directly in the aircraft loading and offloading

Pre-requisites

Background knowledge in any airport environment or Aviation discipline e.g. Ground Operations, Airport operation, Cabin Crew and Flight dispatch, Aircraft Maintenance, Airport Security or Civil Aviation Authority;
No previous experience of airside operations is necessary.

Award

An EASA Certificate of successful completion is awarded to participants obtaining a score of 70% or higher in all examinations. Attend at least 80% of the entire course duration.
