The Registrar, Academic Affairs, Dr. Oliver Sindabi, today officially opened the ICAO National Instructors Course at the East African School of Aviation (EASA).
He welcomed participants from Qatar, Uganda and Kenya, emphasizing the critical role of skilled aviation instructors in strengthening training standards, safety and capacity across the industry.
