ICAO TIC COURSE OPENING

The Registrar, Finance and Administration, Mr. Eliud Jela, officially opened the ICAO Training Instructors Course (TIC) at the East African School of Aviation (EASA).

He welcomed participants from Uganda, Namibia and Kenya, emphasizing the importance of effective instructional skills in advancing aviation training standards and capacity across the region.
