INDUCTION AND ORIENTATION OF NEWLY RECRUITED KCAA STAFF

The Registrar, Academic Services, Dr. Oliver Sindabi, graced the opening of the Induction and Orientation Programme for Newly Recruited Staff to the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) Establishment at the East African School of Aviation (EASA).

He was flanked by Mr. David Etyang, Principal Human Resource Management Officer, KCAA, who emphasized the importance of structured induction in fostering institutional alignment, professionalism and effective service delivery.

The programme is designed to equip new staff with essential knowledge of KCAA’s mandate, values and operational framework, supporting a smooth transition into the aviation regulatory environment.
