The Director, East African School of Aviation, Dr. Serah Waitiki, flanked by Registrar, Academic Services Dr. Oliver Sindabi, presided over the official closure of the ICAO English Language Proficiency Raters Recurrent Training Course.

In her remarks, Dr. Waitiki congratulated participants from ASECNA Member States namely Benin, Chad, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Madagascar, Cameroon and Guinea, for their dedication, emphasizing the critical role of competent language proficiency raters in enhancing aviation communication, safety and regulatory compliance across international air navigation.
