The Deputy Director, Aviation Training at the East African School of Aviation, Mr. Julius Nzyoka, presided over the official closure of the Customer Care in Aviation Course at EASA.

In his remarks, he congratulated participants from the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, Eswatini and EASA for successfully completing the programme. He emphasized the importance of professionalism, effective communication and service excellence in enhancing passenger experience and operational efficiency within the aviation industry.

EASA remains committed to strengthening aviation capacity by equipping professionals with the skills needed to deliver world-class service across the sector.
