The Director of the East African School of Aviation, Dr. Serah Waitiki, alongside Deputy Director, Aviation Training Mr. Julius Nzyoka, officially presided over the opening of the ICAO PBSOM Course at EASA.

The programme has brought together participants from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, focusing on strengthening competencies in Performance-Based Surveillance Operations Management (PBSOM) to enhance effective surveillance systems, regulatory oversight and aviation safety.

EASA continues to advance regional and international aviation capacity through specialized training programmes aligned with International Civil Aviation Organization standards.
