The Director of the East African School of Aviation, Dr. Serah Waitiki, alongside Deputy Director, Aviation Training Mr. Julius Nzyoka, officially presided over the opening of the Search and Rescue (SAR) Administrators Course at EASA.

The programme has brought together participants from Namibia and the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, focusing on strengthening administrative and coordination competencies essential for effective search and rescue operations in aviation.

The course aims to enhance preparedness, inter-agency coordination, and operational efficiency in managing SAR services to support aviation safety.
