The Registrar, Finance & Administration at the East African School of Aviation, CPA Jela Eliud Dabuke, flanked by the Deputy Director, Aviation Training Mr. Julius Nzyoka, presided over the closing ceremony of the ICAO AVSEC National Inspectors Course at EASA.
The programme brought together participants from Uganda and Kenya, demonstrating regional collaboration in strengthening aviation security oversight and regulatory compliance.
The training enhanced participantsβ competencies in aviation inspection procedures, regulatory oversight, compliance monitoring, and the application of International Civil Aviation Organization standards to support safe and secure aviation operations.
