The Registrar, Finance & Administration at the East African School of Aviation, 𝗖𝗣𝗔 𝗝𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘂𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗸𝗲, flanked by the Deputy Director, Aviation Training, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗡𝘇𝘆𝗼𝗸𝗮, officially presided over the opening of the 𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗢 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 at EASA.
The programme has brought together participants from Kenya, reaffirming EASA's commitment to strengthening aviation security capacity through internationally recognized training.
The course focuses on enhancing supervisory competencies in 𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, including the implementation of 𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗢 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘅 𝟭𝟳 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗦𝗔𝗥𝗣𝘀), security oversight, risk assessment, leadership, quality control, and the effective management of aviation security personnel and operations.
