𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗖𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗟 𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚

The 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗗𝗗𝗔𝗧), 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗡𝘇𝘆𝗼𝗸𝗮, graced the opening ceremony of the 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 at the East African School of Aviation (EASA).

The programme has brought together senior aviation professionals from 𝗞𝗖𝗔𝗔, 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗔𝗔), 𝗥𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗥𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗖𝗔𝗔), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗧𝗖𝗔𝗔), reflecting an elaborate regional collaboration and knowledge exchange in civil aviation management.

The course is designed to enhance participants’ leadership and management competencies in the aviation sector, with emphasis on strategic decision-making, effective leadership, governance, regulatory oversight, and emerging challenges shaping the future of civil aviation.
