The East African School of Aviation (EASA) welcomed its new students during the 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲, marking the beginning of their journey towards professional careers in the aviation industry.

The orientation was graced by the 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗔), 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗸𝗶, who was flanked by the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗗𝗗𝗔𝗧), 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗡𝘇𝘆𝗼𝗸𝗮, and the 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿, 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗥𝗙𝗔), 𝗖𝗣𝗔 𝗝𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘂𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗸𝗲. The session also brought together Heads and representatives from various sections across EASA.

The orientation provided an opportunity to introduce the new students to E𝗔𝗦𝗔’𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, while familiarising them with the various departments and services available to support their learning experience.

As the new students embark on this exciting journey, EASA looks forward to nurturing them into competent, professional, and safety-conscious aviation practitioners ready to contribute meaningfully to the aviation industry.
