The programme was delivered through a strategic collaboration between EASA/KCAA and EAMAC, bringing together Air Traffic Controllers from across Africa.

The AVEL programme strengthened Aviation English language proficiency among Air Traffic Controllers, enhancing effective communication, listening and speaking skills, phraseology, and operational communication in support of safe and efficient air traffic management.
