Twenty (20) final-year Aeronautical Engineering students from the East African School of Aviation (EASA) participated in the 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗠-𝗞𝗲𝗻𝘆𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗿 held at 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗡𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗶.

The mentorship programme, organized by the 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝘆𝗮 (𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗠-𝗞𝗲𝗻𝘆𝗮), provided students with a valuable opportunity to engage with experienced aviation maintenance professionals, gain industry insights, receive career guidance, and build professional networks that will support their transition into the aviation industry.

The participation also reinforces the growing collaboration between 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗔 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗠-𝗞𝗲𝗻𝘆𝗮, aimed at promoting mentorship, professional development, and strengthening the future aviation maintenance workforce.
