OJTI COURSE OPENING TRAINING FOR KQ STAFF

The Director, East African School of Aviation, Dr. Serah Waitiki, officially inaugurated the On-the-Job Training Instructor (OJTI) Course for Kenya Airways staff.

She emphasized the importance of strategic leadership and adaptability in navigating dynamic transformations within the aviation industry.
