The Deputy Director, Aviation Training at the East African School of Aviation, Mr. Julius Nzyoka, presided over the closing ceremony of the ICAO CAA Approval Course at EASA.
The programme brought together participants from Zimbabwe, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Ghana, Zambia, Togo and Kenya who successfully enhanced their competencies in aviation regulation and oversight.
The training strengthened participantsβ expertise in civil aviation authority (CAA) approval processes in line with International Civil Aviation Organization standards, promoting effective certification procedures, regulatory compliance, and safety oversight systems.
EASA continues to advance regional and global aviation capacity through specialized, industry-focused training programmes that promote safety, harmonization, and operational excellence.
