The Registrar, Finance & Administration at the East African School of Aviation, CPA Jela Eliud Dabuke, presided over the closing ceremony of the ICAO National Instructors Course at EASA.
The programme brought together participants from Tanzania, Kenya, Mozambique, Uganda, and Zimbabwe, demonstrating regional collaboration in aviation training capacity building across East and Southern Africa.
The training enhanced participantsβ competencies in instructional techniques, course design, assessment methodologies, and ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs), equipping them to effectively deliver aviation training programmes at the national level.
EASA continues to advance regional and international aviation capacity through specialized, industry-focused training programmes that promote instructional excellence, safety, and operational sustainability.
