The Deputy Director, Aviation Training, Mr. Julius Nzyoka, officially presided over the closing ceremony of the ICAO Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel Competency Assessment (ATSEPCA) Course at EASA.
The programme successfully brought together participants from Tanzania, Gabon, and Eswatini, strengthening regional capacity in ATSEP competency assessment and the application of ICAO Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) principles.
The training equipped participants with practical knowledge and skills to effectively assess ATSEP competencies, contributing to safer, more efficient, and reliable air navigation services.
