The 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗔), 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗸𝗶, flanked by the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗡𝘇𝘆𝗼𝗸𝗮, officially presided over the opening of the 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 at EASA.
The programme has brought together participants from 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝘆𝗮, reaffirming EASA's commitment to developing competent leaders and supervisors across the aviation sector.
The course is designed to strengthen participants' supervisory and leadership competencies, with a focus on effective communication, team leadership, performance management, decision-making, conflict resolution, and workplace productivity to enhance organizational performance and service delivery.
EASA continues to advance national, regional, and international aviation capacity through specialized, industry-focused training programmes that promote professionalism, leadership, and operational excellence.
