The Director, East African School of Aviation, Dr. Serah Waitiki, today officially opened the Human Factors Course at EASA.
She welcomed participants from Sierra Leone and Kenya, emphasizing the vital role of human performance, decision-making and situational awareness in strengthening aviation safety and operational efficiency.
