Dr. Oliver Sindabi, Registrar of Academic Affairs at the East African School of Aviation, officially opened the ICAO Cargo and Mail Security Course. He underscored the vital role of cargo and mail security in safeguarding global aviation and facilitating safe trade.
Participants from Kenya, Zambia, Cape Verde and Kuwait were warmly welcomed to the program, aimed at strengthening international aviation security capacity.
