The East African School of Aviation (EASA), led by the Registrar, Academic Services, ๐๐ฟ. ๐ข๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ, participated in a strategic engagement with the ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐๐๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ (๐๐ก๐ค๐) aimed at charting the roadmap for the registration of EASA as a ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฑ๐ (๐ค๐๐) under the ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ (๐๐ก๐ค๐).
The meeting, hosted by KNQA and led by the Director General/CEO, ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ, focused on the processes and requirements for registering EASAโs specialized aviation qualifications and ultimately integrating its graduates into the National Qualifications Database.
The discussions provided valuable insights into aligning EASA's aviation training programmes with national qualifications standards, further strengthening the recognition, quality assurance, and competitiveness of its qualifications both locally and internationally.
